Investment advisor, Steven Chen, has a mission: "Empower people and show them that ANYONE can learn to invest and become financially free much sooner than they thought possible." When I came across Steve Chen's instagram account, I was intrigued because his mission is very much in line with Investing for Teenagers. After looking at his website and watching lots of his videos, I found his advice to be very helpful and I thought you might too!

Chen Emphasizes the Importance of Investing Early

Chen says successful investing is about mindset, discipline, and investing for the long-term. He points out that time (starting young) creates an advantage in wealth building. He also says that it doesn't take brilliance, perfect timing, or a lot of money to becoming financial successful. Investing early and consistently month to month will eliminate financial stress in the future because it will free you from living paycheck to paycheck. Chen encourages developing better money habits and income skills as the first step to your financial journey, and then making your money grow through investing.
